Stuffed Paneer Tikka Sandwich

Stuffed Paneer Tikka Sandwich

Stuffed Paneer Tikka Sandwich is as sinful as it can get. This fusion dish makes a wonderful addition to any meal.

This stuffed Paneer Tikka Sandwich happened last weekend when we had gone out during the weekend, leaving Konda behind because she had her semester exams. She was all fine with us going out, however, she started missing once we left. Naturally, we were missing her too. We surely wanted to take her, however, we couldn’t.

When she wanted some evening snack, Amma made this for her and she was sharing the pictures with me saying I am missing this great sandwich. After seeing it was a stuffed dish, I naturally requested her to click pictures as I had made anything for this week’s theme.

So cooking was done by Amma and clicking by Konda. I only got to enjoy through the pictures. I asked Amma to share the recipe and she said she got to enjoy these sandwiches during her recent travel. She wanted to recreate the taste and she was happy it tasted the same. Konda attested that this sandwich was certainly one of the best she had.

The only concern she had was that the paneer kept falling down. I said it would have been best had she had paneer slices instead of cubes. So next time it’s going to be that way!

We are doing the fourth week of BM#100, where I am going to share some stuffed dishes.

Slicing the paneer into 4 inch length and half inch width would make this an ideal stuffing for the sandwich.

  1. This paneer stuffed sandwich looks awesome Valli. Lucky that konda was there to click the snaps as well the step wise pictures. Slicing paneer to the size of the bread slice would make it easier to handle.
