Peanut Sesame Ladoo

Peanut Sesame Ladoo or Nuvvula Palli Ladoo is a nutritious ball made during most festivals that are healthy and filling. These small bites serve as a good energy source for kids

We mostly make these peanut sesame ladoos for Ganesh Chaturthi. Of course, we can make these anytime as its so easy to make and if kids like this taste, it can be a great source of energy for them. I have shared some different combinations of these Til Ladoos and missed out this version which Konda liked.

So I thought it would be apt to share for this month’s Kid’s Delight event, guest hosted by Pavani themed on Mini Dishes.

  1. I agree that these are very nutritious. Looks like you used black sesame.Somehow we never use black sesame in our cooking though I heard they are the healthier one.

  2. I have made peanuts and sesame laddu separately but combining them would give a wonderful flavour. The addition of kopra enhances the taste and flavour. These are healthy bites for kids.
