Tawa Paneer Bhurji Toast is one of the simplest and quick breakfast you can make for your kid in the rush morning hours. You can serve this as open Sandwich or grilled as well.
This toast hardly takes about 10 mins to get done and you have a filling and hearty breakfast dish ready. I have been planning to make this since a couple of days, however, I managed to make it this morning when Konda left for school. I wasn’t able to do before as she has erratic school schedules.
Anyway, you need to have paneer on hand and on the tawa for one person, it is so easy to make. I love how cooking on tawa makes a difference to the taste of the final dish.
Very simple to make and I am sure all kids will love it!
