Chilli Gobi | How to make Chilli Gobi

Chilli Gobi

Chilli Gobi is one of the many popular street foods available across the country. Though I haven’t exactly eaten from the roadside eatery shops, I have surely tried it in restaurants. This is very much similar to how Gobi Manchurian is made but its spicier with green chillies and capsicum being added.

Fried Gobi features frequently at home either on a Saturday or a Sunday, depending on what I had to skip cooking for the boys. Like if it’s not nonveg, to compensate, I make this treat. Though they want the capsicum, they don’t eat it. I guess they like the overall taste the onions and capsicum gives.

As it’s been happening of late, this was not my chosen theme. I guess I can take the liberty and hope my group doesn’t mind..:)

Soups are the toughest for me and while I had something else planned for this theme, I ended up making this quick one, which is my boys favourite.
