Parotta Paneer Pizza Rollup is as fusion as you can get! We make Paneer Butter Masala at least once a week. The kids never get bored, while the Adults refuse to have it so frequently. So we alter it and make it compulsory at least once or twice a month for the Adults. While my kids can have this all the time.
When I forgot to get prepared for the Pizzas, the theme I picked up for BM#82 week 1, I decided I will do for week 3. Still, I was as unprepared as ever. However, when I was thinking what’s the easiest and the quickest one I can make, I remembered Parotta Rollups. I have made Chapati Pizzas before and it was a hit. So I knew kids will love this.
I planned for my share of parottas to be converted as Pizzas. In the end, I ended up making Konda’s as well and Peddu had my share too. I used the new Pizza Cheese that’s available, which is a mix of Mozerella and Cheddar Cheese. So the melting point is really quick and the cheese literally oozes out. You can notice that from the pictures. These rollups were really such a fantastic treat and so filling!
