Dhaba Style Dal Fry

Dhaba Style Dal Fry is a delicious dal made with a mix of dals. When I was planning the Punjabi Thali, I decided I would pick a dal, since I have already shared some couple of Dal Fry, Takda Dal,

I had this in my collection of dals, that I have collected over the years. When I was going through different recipes, I felt even the smallest change seem to change the final result. I have shared the Matar Paneer Masala that I posted on that day.

We are starting a new BM edition BM#76, this is part of the Kid’s Delight – Family Recipes, guest hosted by Sandhya this month. We completely forgot about Kids delight amidst the hectic Mega Marathon. So will be updating shortly.

  5. This dal looks lip smacking. Totally agree that small difference in lentils will make a significant difference in the final result. Yum yum
