Potato Pizzette Bites with Quick Tomato Sauce

For the final day under Pizzas, Pastas n Noodles, I have this quick Potato Pizzette Bites made with a quick tomato sauce. I was looking at a quick dish as I had this left out from my weekend schedule and I was sure I will be able to manage only this after a work day.
This turned out so lip smacking that I know I will be making it again very soon. You need to ensure you select a big potato to make for the base. As I knew Konda loved this and wanted more. I said it was restricted to snacks, meaning few pieces each. However since I made this with a quick tomato sauce, it’s surely something you can make it quickly.

Sending this to Mir, who is hosting my Kid’s Delight, themed on “Pizzas, Pastas n Noodles“.
