I was cooking everything this weekend and I was mostly seen as a headless chicken running around. So with each dish done, I was mentally marking it done. Since I was racing against time, I couldn’t risk not having a dish liked. The dish had to be good. I knew with melted cheese oozing out, the dish ought to taste out of the world.

Pasta in Creamy Green Pepper Sauce
For the Sauce
Green Chili pepper – 1/4 cup
Onions – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tsp
For the Pasta
Pasta, boiled – 1 cups
Onion – 1/4 cup
Cheese, grated – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green Pepper Sauce
Cheese, grated for topping
How to make the Pasta
Boil the past as per instructions, drain and toss in oil.
Heat oil in a non stick pan, saute chopped capsicum, onions, garlic till it tastes colour. Allow to cool and blend to a puree.
Then add the same pan with oil and saute onion julinnes, when it turns colour, add the blended green pepper sauce, add pepper and salt, bring to boil. Cool till it thickens and raw smell leaves.
Add grated cheese and quickly mix. Add the boiled pasta and combine everything well. Ensure it is watery.
In a serving bowl, add the cooked pasta, top with grated cheese and chili flakes, MW for a minute and serve hot.
